Suede: Night Thoughts

January 22nd 2016 | Rhino | Albums

Suede are releasing their much-antipated new album Night Thoughts on 22nd January.  The band premiered their new album and accompanying film during two consecutive nights at London’s Roundhouse.

The album, which features a full string section, was produced by long-time Suede collaborator Ed Buller and was recorded at SARM studios in London and ICP in Brussels.  The album and accompanying film directed by Roger Sargent, will be available as CD, CD+DVD, special edition CD/DVD hardback bookset and 180g double gatefold LP (+ download code).

Here's the video for the storming track ‘No Tomorrow’. The dark video, which depicts a father’s personal struggles, is the prequel to the ‘Pale Snow’ video (also below) and key to the album’s narrative.

“ Compelling…a thing of dark beauty”

“Something wonderful…Night Thoughts is the work of a band at full beam”

 “Have Suede reinvented the album?”

“Suede prove again and again that they’re one of those rare breed of bands that come along once in a lifetime, play by their own rules and consistently amaze.”
- NME

“Remarkable for its fired-up ferocity.”
- Evening Standard
